I hope this will be a fun place for me to update major milestones in my life - the everyday happenings - city newses and muses - the indian gripe and also a place to get support for the values I incorporated into my life's work from Christians and like minded people .
I also hope this will serve as a forum for jokes, poetry,limmericks, and for debate on serious issues our youth face , our cities face and our country faces.
Well to start the ball rolling.....how effective is our education system in shaping the young lives of students to be worthy responsible citizens of tommorow...When I was HOD of Biotechnology at AIMIT in Kanathur teaching Immunology, CellBiology and Molecular Biology to Biotech students I was suddenly struck by how solemn and sacred the educationist/teacher's position is - the values lasting for a students lifetime is inculcated here, plus it is a place to ensure his/her academic grooming prepares him for self sufficient valuable carreer , where he/she can raise a good family and be a responsible citizen of the country...
