Blogging holidays

I will be blogging once in a while only until my next grant writing assignment - blogging in between my computer work worked well for me= I am having computer problems too among other things so I am not going to be a die hard blogger - atleast for sometime. It has been raining of and on here and the weather calls for curling up with a book and hot chai (tea). A few weeks ago my little niece was christened Suzanne Abigail Anand and she slept through the entire procedure- 3 hrs straight including the little luncheon that followed. She exchanged many hands but that didnt disturb the sleeping beauty!!Her proud parents were here last evening showing off her latest skills - a lot of meaningful baby talk and crawling all over the place - like a little crab!!! She likes her grandfather a lot and the two always seem to hit it off = they seemed to be chatting quite some serious stuff ,they would have us believe.
